The day I went to the MTC was so scary but I knew that this
where it all started. I remember sitting in the Suburban and not knowing what I
was getting myself into but just wanting to go and just get it started. I remember driving up and getting out and
hugging everybody and then walking off in to the place where you go pick up your
name tag and have your picture taken.
Then a guy took me to my room and I didn’t
know what was going on. There were some
missionaries that had already moved in.
We then went to my classroom. When
I walked in most of my district had already arrived. I looked around and saw one guy with glasses
that made his eyes look really big and he looked like he was 15 years old! My teacher was Brother Bunker. And then I met my comps, yes, I had two ha-ha!
Elder Barkley and Elder Boudreaux who was
the dorky kid. I thought to myself damn
this is going to be a really long time.
