A mission is something
that I had no clue what I was getting into, I had no idea what it was all about. Its a journey that will change you. You can't help be changed. Even if
you don’t do anything at all you will be affected by it. It can be in a good way or a bad way. I saw
lots of missionaries that had no clue why they were out there so they didn't do
anything, they didn't see the importance of what they did or what they wanted to because
they didn't know their purpose. They were good missionaries when they wanted to
be.
If I had any kind of advice I’d say to go because it is the best thing you
can do, but know why you are going and know that it is going to be the hardest
thing you have probably ever done. There
are going to be a lot of bad times but there are some very amazing times and
great people you will meet. Don’t go
because you feel like you have to or you want to just go to say you have gone,
go because you want to help other people and do that. A mission is
all about is helping others.
