Dear Missionary Parents,
It was a great day in the Washington Park Ward. Eric Carabella, who was less active for many years, was ordained to the Melchizedek Priesthood. He has been an exciting addition to our Gospel Principles Class and loves to feed the elders. Your sons have been instrumental in changing this brother's life with their own exemplary lives. President Maynes kindly allowed Elders Palmer and Thompson to travel and attend the ordination so it was a grand reunion for all of us.
You may notice that they all wore green ties as a joke on Eric who says he hates green ties. We love your sons! Not only does working with them bring highlights to our week they keep us connected to our son's mission in Sierra Leone. Missionaries are missionaries the world over! Thank you for your sacrifice and the loan of your sons to The Denver South Mission.
