Well, it happened...

So it's a little hard for me to type because I had a little wrecky on my bike haha.  I screwed my wrists up.   I think that I just sprained them.  We are going to the doctor today to get them looked at.  I brought my camera and I will attach some pictures so you can see.

I’m guessing you want to know what happened.  I was riding my bike home from church to change out of my suit and stuff and I am riding along just having fun and there is a hill that we go down to get to our house. I’m cruising down that with no hands just having a great day when BAM I’m flying through the air not forwards but backwards!  I felt like someone had tied a rope to me and then tied it to a tree or something and then it ripped me off my bike.

So as I hit the ground my thoughts are “O,crap, my suit!”   I look up and my bike is still going and then it hits the curb and falls over.   I look over and there is a black SUV stopping and rolling down its window but then it drives off… I’m thinking “what?”   I look over at my right hand and its got some road rash on it and I think, dang , then I look at my left hand and its got a scratch from where my watch jammed in to it.  I start to get up to walk over to my bike and Elder Wells and I’m thinking GOSH DANG IT!   I might have said a few profanities but I can’t really remember haha. 


So I’m guessing you're wondering why I wrecked.  The bolts that hold my seat on broke. So that was the exciting thing of the week.  It is really hard to do everyday things. Like getting dressed was really hard but it has gotten easier, they are still sore and the base of my thumb still looks a little bit swollen.   I couldn’t get an appointment yesterday for the doctor so I’m going today.  I won't be able to let you know how it goes until next week unless you want Brother Jackman (that he lives with) to call you.  I might be able to do that.

The Atkinson’s wrote me some letters that was really nice!!   Wow, that’s pretty crazy that Jinny Jenkins married Weston Miller, dang I didn’t see that coming. 

We got to teach Jacob in real life with President Maynes .  It was really good. He is the guy that was in prison haha.   Brother Jones (one of the coolest guys ever and the Elder’s Quorum president) asked President Maynes if we could go hiking with them on the 26th and President is considering it haha!!   I really hope that we can go.  Attached are pictures of Geoff’s haircut and when I said good bye and when we made our really big really good nachos.

I keep thinking that I need to remember to say thanks to everyone but I always forget when I’m emailing and in a hurry.   So tell everyone thanks!

 I know how many transfers I have.  I have always known. (I told him we had counted how many transfers he has left.)
